This new residential complex, built over an old industrial area on the edge of the built city and of Milan Parco Sud, features 85 apartments, ranging from 35 to 120 sq.m. of floor area. The project acknowledges this privileged setting, in the layout of the apartments.
All 85 apartments have their living spaces opening onto very generous balconies, overlooking the Park, while bedrooms and bathrooms are facing towards the internal courtyard.

The treatment of the facades reflects the Architectural approach: the North facing, colourful tiled facade acts as a barrier, a “wall”, as an imaginary protection from the noise of city, while the South one with its large openings and balconies , benefits from the sun and the view to the Park. A private park visually connected to an urban system of public parks, surrounds the building, achieving the rare condition for Milan, to have the inhabitants living surrounded by green spaces in a very quite environment, yet connected to the city centre through the nearby public transports.
